At CHOCCO Handbags, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure eligibility for a return or refund.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be returned with the original tags and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to receive the new product is by returning the original item, and once it is accepted, placing a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
